We believe in transparent, no hidden fee services. All payments and transactions can be done online using debit, credit, apple pay, or google pay. We also work with affirm for instalment plans.
Looking for alternate payment forms? We also accept Interac e-transfer.
Upon becoming a client with us, we will send you instructions on how to pay your invoices as part of the contract and welcome package.
Clients are required to pay the invoiced amount according to the contract documented between them and our team. We require a minimum deposit of 50% before we begin a service for the quoted service price. The remaining balance can be paid using the methods mentioned above. We reserve the right to set a custom payment plan upon further inquiry. Any monthly fees due are set to be paid automatically via our payment systems. If a deposit or prepayment has been taken for your project and time/staff have been allotted to your project, we reserve the right to hold funds.
Why? In the time where your project was on our production schedule, we have blocked others from acquiring services in that time. We have dedicated staff and time. We therefore ask you to respect us for our time.
Cancellation terms are outlined in your contract. Typically there is a penalty fee for service/project cancellations. This may include but not be limited to taking the deposit fee at the very least.
Looking to cancel and reschedule? We can hold any funds collected as a credit for the future for you.

Project durations are typically estimated by our team during a consultation. This is because projects have differing levels of complexity and can be any size from large to small.
For more standard projects it can take anywhere from 24 business hours up to 5 days depending on the service aquired.
Within your contract with us, we have indicated that we may use the website or any other finished work/graphics we have completed as part of that contract as samples for others to see as part of our portfolio.
