By engaging with Monsieurkad Solutions Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”) or its partners for services or projects, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

Payments must be completed via our online checkout. We accept debit, credit, Apple Pay, and/or Google Pay.
Alternatively, contact info@monsieurkad.com to request service(s). Upon confirmation of service(s), you will be invoiced, and payment must then be completed via Interac e-Transfer to finance@monsieurkad.com.

Services or projects will not commence until full payment has been received.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Transactions may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
Taxes are applied in accordance with provincial regulations.

Authorization of Payment

By submitting payment through any method, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for outstanding balances, taxes, surcharges, or applicable cancellation fees. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without valid cause.

Providing false or unauthorized payment information may result in legal action.

Discounts

Discounts may be offered to individuals/organizations using multiple services. We may also provide limited-time offers or promotional discount codes from time to time.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a service or project, please email customercare@monsieurkad.com with your details and reason for cancellation.

Cancellations made at least one month (30 days) before the scheduled service: Full refund.
Cancellations made less than one month prior, meaning less than 30 days:
- For large projects/services — 75% of the total pre-tax amount is non-refundable.
- For smaller projects/services — 50% of the total pre-tax amount is non-refundable.

Refunds (full or partial) are processed within 3–10 business days via the original payment method.

For mkPRO subscriptions, you may cancel anytime. Charges will stop from the next billing month. Upon cancellation, you assume full responsibility for all future website costs and liabilities.

Invoicing

Invoices may be automatically generated upon purchasing a service. If you do not receive one, please contact finance@monsieurkad.com and we will manually generate an invoice for you.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of services as agreed upon. Adjustments outside the original scope or contract may incur additional charges.

We will correct any errors that contradict documented terms or advertised service details.

Client cooperation and timely communication are essential for project success.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Monsieurkad Solutions Inc. reserves the right to fulfill contractual obligations through third-party contractors, maintaining the same quality standards as in-house services.

Tree Planting Initiative

For every project or service purchased, we plant 20 trees through One Tree Planted, unless you choose to opt out. If you do opt out, the service price remains unchanged.

Right to Refuse Service

Monsieurkad Solutions Inc. reserves the right to refuse service at any time, at our sole discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued unless the refusal results from a violation of our policies or terms. If the refusal is due to such a violation, the cancellation policy for services cancelled within less than 30 days will apply.

We also reserve the right to apply a refund surcharge to cover transaction or administrative costs. This surcharge may be deducted directly from the refunded amount, where applicable.

Service Discontinuation

Monsieurkad Solutions Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any of its services or offerings at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

In the event a service is discontinued, all active contracts or subscriptions under that service will be honored until their current term ends, or, where this is not possible, a pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused portion.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients in advance of any major service discontinuation whenever possible.

Changes to Terms

Monsieurkad Solutions Inc. may modify these Terms & Conditions, service details, or pricing at any time without prior notice. All active and future contracts will be subject to the updated terms unless the changes materially alter the meaning or obligations of an existing contract. In such cases, the original terms in effect at the time of signing will apply until the contract’s completion.
