Payment Terms

• Payments are completed via online checkout. We accept debit, credit, Apple Pay, & Google Pay. Otherwise, please contact us for the service(s) you would like, you will then be invoiced and payment will then need to be fulfilled via Interac E-Transfer by emailing us at finance@monsieurkad.com.

• Please note that no services will be rendered nor projects will begin without requisite payments being taken first.

• We reserve the right to change prices without any due notice.

• Charges may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

• Taxes are charged in accordance and compliance with the province in which Mosieurkad Solutions Inc. operates.​

Authorization of Credit Card and/or use of allocated funds

• By paying through our online portal or in any other form, you agree that we can use the allocated cards and/or funds to pay any outstanding balances/charges owed.

• When adding your credit card, you agree that we reserve the right to charge it for remaining balances and/or cancellation charges.

• You agree that you will not attempt to claim chargebacks or dispute payments without due reason.

• You will not provide card/payment information that does not belong to you or the entity you represent.

• You will not use false payments or carry out payments with malicious intent.

• Falsifying payment information may lead to legal action being taken against and is a crime punishable by law.

Discounts
Discounts may be offered to organizations that utilize more than one of our services at once, contact us for details. We also may provide limited-time offers or special discount codes from time to time. ​

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a project/service, we ask you to email us at customercare@monsieurkad.com with the service(s) or project(s) you would like to cancel including reasons as to why. Please note that cancellations that occur less than a month prior to scheduled service time have cancellation charges. As we charge the full price upfront, we reserve the keep 75% of the total pretax price charged for large projects/services and keep no less than 50% of the total pretax price for smaller projects/services. The remaining amount will be refunded to you. We ask that you understand that time is money. When you cancel, you are preventing others from getting projects/services in the time that was initially dedicated to your project/service. This is why the cancellation policy is mandatory and in full effect with no exceptions.

Cancellation charges will take place through whichever means of payment the client has agreed to pay through. Meaning if by credit card, then credit card, etc.

If your cancellation is happening 1 month in advance, the cancellation will result in a full refund.

​

For mkPRO, you can cancel this service at any time. Please note that we will stop charging you upon the start of the next billing month. The website owner will become fully responsible for all liabilities and/or website expenses as they arise. Failure to pay the fees at the right time may result in limited website functionality and/or loss of the website and website domain name.

Cancellation refunds both full and/or partial, depending on the conditions above, may take 3 to 10 business days.

Satisfaction Guarantee Conditions

We guarantee that our services will be delivered as agreed upon. However, this does not include making changes to meet evolving requirements, which may incur additional fees. We will correct any errors or mistakes that contradict contractual terms agreed to between us and clients as per agreed-upon documentation and/or advertised service details. To ensure timely delivery, clients must communicate effectively throughout the process.

 

Contractual Obligations Fulfilled by Third Parties

Monsieurkad Solutions Inc. reserves the right to fulfill its services and/or contractual obligations through third-party contractors. We may or may not give clients due notice. Clients will be guaranteed the same level of quality they would expect from mainline Monsieurkad Solutions Inc. service providers.

Tree Planting for Projects/Services Acquired

We plant 20 trees with every service unless opted out, without reducing the service price. This is fulfilled through One Tree Planted.

Right to Refuse Service 

Monsieurkad Solutions Inc. reserves the right to refuse service at any time, with no penalty to any parties. We will refund you as per our policies.

Terms & Service Changes

Monsieurkad Solutions Inc. reserves the right to change terms and conditions, service details, and other terms without due notice. We will honour contracts that are set based on previous terms & conditions to the best of our ability until that contract ends.
